About Us
We, the creators of this site, are Orthodox Russians. We love our Orthodox
Church and we would like the western Church, towards which we feel respect
and gratitude, to know more about Orthodoxy and to love it, accepting
it as it is.
This site can be considered as a general encyclopaedia on Orthodoxy, created
for a western reader. In it, we want to pay particular attention to the
things that unite us and to those that are different to our traditions,
but that complement each other.
We want our site to be dynamical, therefore, we will up-date it continuously.
We will be glad to insert any material on Orthodoxy that you wish to send
us in English.
You can write to us, telling us what you think of our site, what you like
and what you don't like about its format, what you would still like to
see on the site, what you would like to know about Orthodoxy in general
and in particular on the Russian Orthodox Church.
